Your membership includes access to primary-care services such as:
- Annual wellness visit and preventive care
- Care for common illnesses and urgent primary-care concerns
- Chronic condition support
- Women’s and men’s health services
- Selected in-office testing when available
- Selected routine labs when ordered by the clinician
- Secure messaging with your provider/team
- Telehealth visits when clinically appropriate
- Referrals, lab orders, imaging orders, and care coordination when needed

What’s Not Included
To keep memberships affordable, the following are billed separately or handled through traditional insurance channels:
- Emergency room care & Hospitalizations
- Surgeries & Specialist fees
- Advanced imaging (MRI, CT, ultrasound, X-ray)
- Most outside lab costs beyond selected routine labs
- Prescription medications unless provided in-clinic at listed pricing
- Dental and vision services
- Weight management, hormone therapy, wellness injections, executive physicals, and other wellness services
Membership Cost
Per Member. A 3-month minimum membership is required. The first three months total $179.97 and are charged monthly.
Additional services, if needed, will be explained before they are provided.
Walk-Ins & Hours
Daily walk-ins are welcome. Walk-in availability may vary based on provider schedule and clinical urgency.
